Earlier this year, the foundation was poured on a new home from Symmetry Homes in Talking Rock. Now, with framing well underway, the home is starting to take real shape and give a clearer sense of its scale, layout, and overall design.

In the latest construction photos, you can begin to see the home come to life—from the rooflines and outdoor spaces to the way the structure is starting to define itself on the homesite. The home also includes a casita, creating a separate space for visiting family and friends.

This stage of construction is always one of the most exciting because the home begins to shift from plan to reality. Rooms start to take form, the flow of the layout becomes easier to understand, and the vision behind the home starts to feel much more real. At this point, you can already get a sense of how the home will sit on the land and how the different spaces will come together once finished
