Frontier continues to make steady progress, and the latest milestones are happening where it matters most—inside the homes. On the east end of the neighborhood, Homesite 13 is coming along nicely with interior drywall now up, and the main living space is taking shape with the fireplace installed and ceiling beams now in place. The model home has also reached a major milestone with drywall now installed, making it much easier to understand the scale, flow, and natural light throughout the home.
In addition, foundations are now in place for upcoming spec homes, adding momentum for buyers who prefer a home already moving forward.

Construction across the Frontier Neighborhood has reached a stage where the vision is now visible on the ground. Homes are up with siding, windows, and drywall in place. Spec homes have utilities staged and slabs prepared for pour.
